The Global New Energy Summit is a statewide energy conference presented by The Rocky Mountain Technology Alliance. The schedule includes oil and gas, nuclear, algae bio, solar and wind as well as storage and grid issues. Senator Dominici is the honorary chair.

The Global New Energy Summit is sponsored by Los Alamos National Laboratiry, Sandia National Laboratories, Los Alamos National Bank, Santa Fe Institute, Technology Ventures Corporation, Ice Energy, Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association, Silicon Valley Bank, Cottonwood Technology Group, Imprimis, Inc.
New Mexico Consortium is offering to cover the registration fees for the conference and travel for participants from NMC member institutions.
